Nine Group scoops two awards and is nominated for two more

Nine Group enjoyed a sensational evening at the Comms Business Awards in June 2011. James Palmer was recognised as the channel entrepreneur of the year and Nine Group won the award for Switchless Reseller of the Year.

In September 2011, Nine Wholesale was announced on the short-list for Wholesale Service Provider of the Year at the upcoming Communication National Awards. At the same time Nine Service was short-listed for Installation and Maintenance Provider of the Year.

Nine Wholesale hosts a spectacular golf day

Over twenty resellers joined Nine Wholesale staff for a full day of golf at Donnington Valley Golf Course in September 2011. Competition was fierce, yet fair and the overall winner emerged as Matt Snelus with a highly creditable score. The Texas scramble competition saw the honours go to teams led by Mike Parker and Anna Roper. Longest drive belonged to Lee Waller and the Nearest the Pin prize was secured by Ally McAdam. There were several entries for the “nearest the tee” competition following a number of indifferent performances with the driver, but discretion prevents identities from being revealed.
